Q: Ticket Purchases

A: Slush Motorsports tickets are available for purchase online only. Slush Motorsports does not offer in person ticket sales until the day of the event. Day of  event tickets may be purchased at the gate by credit card only. No cash is accepted for ticket purchases.

Q: Children’s Tickets

A: Children under 9 are admitted free without a ticket. Children 10 and over are required to purchase a ticket. We strongly suggest that guests under 18 years of age attending a SLUSH event are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Q: Refunds and Cancellations

A: All ticket purchases are final. There are no refunds unless Slush Motorsports cancels the event. Ticketing fees are not refundable. As long as conditions are safe, the event is expected by all to go on regardless of weather.

Q: Weather Policy

A: Slush Events take place rain or shine unless conditions endanger the safety of attendees. Refunds will not be issued due to weather unless the entire event is canceled prior to the start. Please come prepared.

Q: Canceled Events

A: If an event is canceled, no action is required to obtain a refund; we will issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. If for any reason you do not see the funds in your account after 7 business days please contact the Tixr support team at support.tixr.com If your credit card or debit card number has changed, but is for the same account (e.g., a new card has been issued for the same account), the refund will be processed to that account.

Q: Postponed Events

A: If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, your tickets are still valid for the new date and no further action is required. Emails will be sent to ticket holders notifying them of any available refund options for the event.

Q: Service Fees, Order Processing Fees

A: Tickets purchased on our site are subject to, among other possible fees, a per ticket service fee and a per order processing fee.

Q: Ticket Transfers

A: If transfers are available for your event- you will see the option to transfer your ticket online or on the app. If you do not see this option or if the option leads you to a 'Transfers not available message'- transfers are NOT available for your event. Q: Chargebacks

A: Buy purchasing a ticket, you agree that you will not attempt to evade or circumvent any refund policies. You will not dispute or seek a “chargeback” from the credit card company you used to purchase tickets. Should you do so, your tickets are subject to immediate cancelation, and we may, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made. We may also prohibit future purchases from all persons in whose name the credit card or online accounts exist.
